Among these MS Excel and MS Access will turn out to be important. Still, there are many calculations and information stored in MS Excel by organizations, hence a thorough knowledge of it is a must.
2. Accounting Software: Gone are the days of bookkeeping. Now everything is stored in a system and to make it much easier, accounting software was developed. There are many popular accounting software such as Tally, Peach Tree etc. An organisation can develop customized software also. If you are commerce graduate or postgraduate and would want to have a strong career in the accounting field, then you must learn any of the accounting software and must obtain a certificate from an approved institution. The important accounting software normally used by companies are Tally, Peach Tree, QuickBooks Pro, MYOB Business Essentials Accounting Software, etc. Always make sure to learn the latest version of the selected accounting software.
3. SAP/ERP: SAP Enterprise Software is used only be few companies, especially by MNCs. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is another term we hear these days. Yes, these two concepts are of great importance and a person with knowledge of these two can get better job opportunities. There are not many who have done this course, hence your chances are more. The duration of the course varies from 45 days to three months.
4. Advanced Certificate Course: SHRM (Strategic Human Resources Management) India, Carlton Advanced Management Institute, The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) etc. are some of the establishments that offer good and authenticated certificate courses for commerce students. If you are looking for an advanced certified course in the field of finance, then you may go for Certified Financial Planner Course (CFP). It is a course by Financial Planning Standards Board of India.

Following is the criteria of Bank PO:
Class 12th/Diploma with at least 60% marks & for SBI PO, IBPS CLERK and PO, RBI officer and assistant posts is graduation in any discipline from recognised institution/university and there is no marks percentage criteria:
# If you have 60% of marks in 12th, then you can apply for SBI Clerk Post & by completing graduation, you can apply for all bank exams.
# Age limit to apply for Bank Clerk exams is 18-28 years and for Bank PO exams, it is 21-30 years and the age relaxations are:
3 years for OBC candidates.
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
10 years for PH candidates.

In Germany, PG courses are divided into two semesters I. e the winter semester which starts in October and the summer semester, which starts in May.
