You should score above 80 to 85% in class 12th and then score well in SAT and TOEFL.

You can pursue class 12th from NIOS with mathematics. They take final exams within a month if you ask for it.

Actually, the academic year starts from March and classes will commences from June. But, some universities even take students as fall batch that is in the month of November and December.
