Hi Rahul,
Since post graduation requires you be an eligible graduate, having no backlogs, I would suggest you to reappear for the exams in which you have arrears.
In the meanwhile, I would suggest you to opt for some diploma courses.
You may even pick short term course like
*Diploma in Accounting & Taxation
*Certified Industrial Accountant Plus
*Certificate Course in Accounting (TALLY)
Also courses such as Diploma In Treasury and Forex Management, Merchant Banking and Financial Services, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Financial Management and Banking can be taken into consideration.
