Before any suggestion let me ask you what your interests and career aspirations are? If you have no idea then it is high time you know your interests. Probably you can do an MBA but only after gaining 2-3 years of work experience.

You need to be very clear about all the concepts of Physics and Mathematics. There's no escape for those subjects as far as engineering is concerned. If you are thinking about chemical engineering, petrochemical engineering, etc. Then you have to dedicate yourself towards Chemistry also. If you do it now it'll not trouble you during the engineering course. Do not panic, just be focused and dedicated. Good luck.

You are eligible to do all MBA specializations because as an engineer you have skills to make career in all functional streams. Marketing, SCM and operations would align to your engineering qualifications.

As you belong to OBC category, you can get a call from IIMs, if you score above 85 percentile. For the new IIMs, 80 percentile is enough to get a call.

After B.E. in mechanical engineering, you can pursue MBA either in Total Quality Management, operations or simply chain management, production management or production process management. These courses would be suitable after BE in mechanical as they are related to mechanical in some or other way. Also, you may get job where you can utilize both, engineering or management skills.
