It is a computer course which teaches you the very basics of computers and how to operate it and how to work on it.
It also covers the use of internet, MS Office etc.
When you want a government job, you must have selected computers as an elective subject in you SSC/ HSC or you must have to pass CCC examination and have a CCC certificate.
You can also work as a computer operator by this course.

Generally, any MBA will not get HR general admin job immediately. First, one is expected to work at time office, payroll, training, etc. later you will get HR general administration jobs.
