I don't think there will be certain degree on office management, but there are some certificate courses available.

Its all about your interest. If you are interested in Research, then go for M.Pharmacy. There are various specialisations in the field like pharmaceutics, Pharma analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical chemistry, etc. If you like business, management and all, then go for MBA (Pharma MBA or specialised in marketing and sales, operations, Hospital management). If you are interested in doing government job, you can apply for government pharmacist, drug inspector, UPSC. Even you can do LL.B. and become a lawyer.

As far as my knowledge, BBM is considered as Bachelors in Business Management or let's say tidbit the other name for BBA.

You can opt for any state polytechnic recognised by the department of technical education of the state and offering a 3-year regular Diploma course.

Regarding capitation fees, you have to contact directly to concerned institution. There's no such generalization regarding this.

To pursue a teacher training course, decide which level of class you wish to reach. In case of nursery the courses would be NTT. For class above 1-12, you can pursue B.Ed., after your graduation. CTET is also quite necessary these days. Complete your PG too, even if you get placed, as that will upgrade you to PGT level.
