Investment banking is a vast field with multitude of options across finance and operations within. You need not necessarily pursue additional certifications for operations (apart from your MBA Fin.). However, few nice to have standard certifications are CFA and FRM.
It would be good to at least start with these certifications in parallel with your MBA as there would be a significant overlap in the content.

AME after B.Tech is a good choice according to me. I am also a B.Tech aerospace engineering passed out student and am very well aware of how difficult it is for our community to get into a core field.
Coming to the institution which offers AME course, I would suggest you go for Hindustan Aviation Academy, Bangalore for this. This institution is running AME course from past 26 years and has a good placement record. It was awarded as the best aviation institute in Bangalore in the year 2016. The level of education is very high, which is backed up by its well-experienced faculty. Most of the lecturers are having Indian airforce background.

It all depends on where you did your UG from & what is your future plan. If you plan to be an entrepreneur, then US will be a better option, since it helps you to learn lot of diversified domains, in India, entrepreneurship is taught by few institutes. Indian MBAs will help you gather knowledge & expertise pertaining to Indian market only. Though 70%-75% of the curriculum is common, but the delivery & domain knowledge of the faculties matter the most. While US MBA will give you global outlook & perspective, if you become an entrepreneur US MBA will give you global knowledge & perspective.

Please refer to the link provided below for a list of top colleges in Canada which offer courses in MBA. Most foreign universities do not have a placement cell, however, they help the students prepare for recruitment drives held outside college, like CV preparation, interview questions practice etc. You should be able to find out which colleges have a placement cell by downloading their brochure, from the web page mentioned below.

Hello Sunil,
PG diploma indicates that it is "Post Graduate" diploma. Meaning you can do it only after obtaining graduation. Unfortunately two years if study for diploma or even obtaining this diploma is not equivalent to degree and hence unfortunately you are not eligible.
