Yes you can transfer to the government post graduate college. Noida, Uttar pardesh. You have to tell a valid reason for your change in the college and also your semester marks will also carry a weightage for you to get in the college. Do remember they have reserve seats too for every course I. e 50% for general and 8% for SC. Many courses are available in every filed starting from arts to sciences. Good luck.

Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree.
