IDC at IIT Mumbai has these options to do masters for you: GD Arts (5 year professional course after 10th) - Candidates having 5-year GD Art Degree / Diploma after 10th standard need to have either completed 12th standard examination or have additional one year of professional experience with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grades (50% in case of SC/ST). Even NID offers some PG Programmes though it doesn't offer MFA.
