hi mr.patel,welcome to https://shiksha.com and for mechanical engineers Germany is best option rather than Canada ofcourse Canada is also the best one but Germany offers quality and high standards for mechanics and u have a good scope in Germany k for any a country u need to get admission for that u have to write ielts exam it is a English testing exam for band 9.0 u have to get min 6.5 for getting admission in universities and for getting admission in Germany u have min 70% in ur b.e and min 7.0 band in ielts and u have to learn German language basics it is the primary rule and visa process and other things are easy and common to both countries i hope u know that but my suggestion is think about Germany rather than Canada and it is the right time for preparing for exams and start the process and u need counseling on this u better approach to a counceltency near to ur locality and start the process then u can get clarity on this still doughs call em:+919989971318 .all the best

Since you have experience in IT and project management, I would suggest you to go for either MBA-project management or MBA-IT.
For MBA-Project management, best option is UTS global.
