Fee Payment Mode
Fees can be paid in Cash at SCDL Pune Office, only.Fees can be paid through Demand Draft, in favor of “The Director, SCDL, Pune” payable at Pune only.Students can pay only registration fee through the online payment facility availableAll other types of fees will be paid by DD or in Cash.

It would depend on the last date of submission of application form of Tezpur University, if it is before 10th Dec then yes, you definitely have to apply to the University along with the MAT application form, in case the Tezpur University's application submission is at a later stage then you can apply later, but in any case you have to apply in both the places in MAT application as well as in Tezpur University.
To know the complete admission procedure of this University you have to visit the University and meet the Registrar or Admission officer there.

Pankaj, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). As Shiksha is an Education Portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would not be fair on my part to give my personal opinion about a particular University. However, IIMS is affiliated with MDU which is a UGC recognized University, but no University can guarantee a package of Rs. 12 lacs, so I would suggest you to visit the Institute and try and take first hand information on few of the important things such as recognition by Education body, genuineness of the placements, quality of the study material and faculty and its reputation in Job market, for all this you need to interact with the current batch students and get the alumnae contacts to have feedback from them. This will give you a very clear picture about the institute.
