MBA is a degree course in management and PGDM is a diploma course in management. Today, PGDM is treated equivalent to MBA only but in MBA, you get a management degree and degree has higher value. But since both MBA and PGDM have same course structure, so there is very little difference and both are equivalent. Many reputed B-Schools are giving PGDM only.

BBA in HR has more scope than BBA in Aviation as HR is required in all industries. So, job opportunities will be more in HR but in Aviation, this will limit your career scope to only aviation industry and after pursuing HR, you can find jobs in aviation where HR candidates are required.

Hi,
It is possible and also not valuable because this is a research based course. If you are not having any idea about your degree then what is the value of it which you can not get in a degree course through distance. So you must try for a regular college for this course. Best of luck!

It depends on individual's interest. Some of the major disciplines in MBA are:

3. Marketing: Deals with promotion and advertising strategy to convince the target customers for your product.
4. HR: It requires good communication skills to deal with your team. You need to get the best out of your team and keep them motivated.

I strongly recommend you to complete school. Class 10th is literally like a building block and gives you the head start for a lot of opportunities. Post that, you could take up a Diploma course which immediately after completion qualifies you for a job offer. If you thereafter want to continue studies, you may do it at a later point through Bachelors programme.
