Hi,
Most of the top universities in USA and Canada ask for GMAT score as it's a standardized test to know the eligibility for the course. While courses from non GMAT universities could be equally competent, you must see their acceptance rate in the job market before applying as brand/ ranks matters though it might not be the only criteria.

294 as a GRE score is very low for top ones. Utah State University, University of Denver or University of Delaware may accept you but check the application requirements. You should opt for universities below rank 40.

After B.Sc, first thing you can go for is M.Sc in the respective subject or special subject or MBA. Regarding jobs, if you can crack any competitive exam it would be great because private jobs after B.Sc are quiet not recommendable. Exams like SSC, state PSC, union PSC, Railways can be attempted. BPO jobs can also be done. Teaching job can also be opted but it will require B.Ed degree too.
