It is generally said that if you score 120, you can be confident in clearing the exams. Always try to take this score from the mock tests itself. Mostly the cutoff ranges from 100-105.

You have two options, either you can do a full-time B.Tech, as a lateral entry or also you can get the same through distance learning. But, I would suggest full-time course will be a better option from a recognized institute.

You can pursue 3 months PG certificate in desired field from FTII. In my knowledge, there is no 3 and 6 months Diploma course available for the same.

I would suggest you to continue with the same institute, as you have scored pretty well in the first year and if you work hard, you can raise your marks and can get a better job during your campus placements. On the second hand, if you change you will be facing typical questions during your placements.

As per my knowledge and my opinion, for M.Sc you must have a graduation degree. There is B.Sc Degree, because for M.Sc, you must have a B.Sc Degree with 45% marks in your graduation.
