Hi,
This is the question which you are going to ask yourself because it is completely about the interests you have. Both have a wide range to offer. You will study subjects like accounting, business studies, marketing, management, etc. which are interesting though but if you are good with PCM and have an interest in the same, you can opt for it too.

Dear Sunny,
Pursuing a Diploma or a Masters course would be dependent on your UG academic scores and IELTS score. Also, colleges (offering Diploma) have lower fees as compared to universities. You may consider pure mechanical engineering programs or consider robotics or industrial manufacturing. Hope this helps.

You should improve your IELTS score as you would be applying for post-graduation and minimum bands requirement for that is 6.5 overall not less than 6 in any module. There are many good colleges in Canada like:
1. Humber.
2. Cenntennial.
3. Sheridan and many more.
Your percentage is low, so make sure you have your IELTS score as a plus point.
