If you are targeting to make career in one specified industry then industry oriented specialized MBA is a better option. But this will restrict your career growth and options. I am of the opinion that generic MBA is always a better option. Generic MBA graduates by virtue of experience and undergoing short courses can become specialist if requirement is felt for career growth. Also once you grow to middle management, you may have to become a jack of all functions where generic MBA will be helpful.

If you are not interested in becoming a CA then why are you even evaluating doing CA. MBA will be a logical extension of your graduation degree. You are advised to do your own SWOT analysis and based on analysis prepare your MBA entrance examination preparation plan. If you are not position to crack MBA examinations by self study, you are advised to join a study/ coaching centre.
