Hi,
No, there is no freedom fighter quota in the CUET exam. The CUET is an entrance exam conducted by the NTA for admissions to participating universities. There is no separate freedom fighter quota in CUET. However, some state universities do provide preference to the children of freedom fighters. Other than this, CUET does have category-based retrieval for the following categories:
1. Horizontal reservation up to 5 percent for persons with disabilities.
2. Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer): 27 percent

No, you do not need to clear both papers of the CTET to be eligible for the Super TET. As per the eligibility criteria of Super TET, you need to mandatory clear either the CTET or UP state TET exam to apply for Super TET.
