Although no way of applying offline is stated by the Institute. The only way to apply for admissions is to apply online from the Institute's official website. If you are facing problem in applying online, you can contact the admissions department of the Institute and ask them for offline applications. If they allow you can visit the Institute physically and apply for admission. Although admissions before the online era were held on offline basis only. So there is no problem in applying offline.
