Well I would say that Icfai Business School, Hyderabad is one of the premier institute in its own domain. As your major concern is for placements, , I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.

Well you have good number of options for making a successful career. As yo had done graduation with English, History & Political Science, you can look forward for post graduation in nay of these three.
You can go into the fields of journalism, writing and translation. Script writing, novel writing, play writing if have a creative flair and an interest in writing. As for history major, you may work as a Archivist, Information Manager, Librarian, Politician,Public Relations officer or Records Manager. You may also opt for masters in International Relations. having B.A Political Science under your belt. After the successful completion, one is readily recruited in the embassy office of India or under the office of external affairs to maintain healthy relationships with various countries.
This was according to your prior academic background. Well you have numerous other careers like in the field of hospitality, tourism, aviation, interior designing, event management, marketing, banking, animation, languages, etc. Education teaching, primary and secondary school children as well as professorship are also options after doing a Bed. Or MPhil.
I would suggest you to take up the one which you feel is best suited with your previous qualification and your career interest.

As you are about to complete your BBA, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience.
After having work experience, you can pursue MBA from good universities abroad. Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience.
As a BBA graduate you can find many job opportunities in government and private sector.
Various banks are calling graduates for the posts of clerks and POs. The recruitment process is done by organizing entrance tests and interview.
