Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and specially Automobiles/Mechanical. But as you are planning to pursue your Bachelors, as a friend I would like to say that it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.

For more details on education in Germany, Kindly visit DAAD. It is one organisations that you can approach for scholarships which is a German govt. approved organisation and have their offices in various cities in India.

Hi Arun,
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations. As rightly said by Ankur if you feel that you want to make your career in technical field then go ahead and go for Engineering programme or else if your interest lies in Management go for MBA. Both the streams are booming.
I would like to add here that if you plan to do your MBA do it from a reputed Institute like IIMs, MDI, IMT, FMS etc.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing any particular stream or course is your own interests and career aspirations, so out of these three whichever stream you feel is comfortable for you just choose that as all the three programmes have good standing in the job market.
If we talk about PhP, it is a language which has broader base easier to learn t and can work on any system, so definitely has a good scope. Coming to oracle, If you want to get into database development which is a back end process you can go for oracle program but remember that oracle is a database management system which is not used by all the companies so if you are looking for a back-end process of Database development work in the organizations using oracle you can go ahead and learn oracle.
Last but not least SAS is majorly for people interested in Banking and Finance sector it is software just like SAP but SAP has better career scope. However, if you want to get into banking sector, SAS is also a good choice.
