industrial electronics and computer tech are totally different fields.
I.E. concerns with all the micro electronic hardware ranging from computer chips to power electronic devices and thyristors, rectifiers.
Comp tech on the other hand consists of the software part only,it deals with chip progarmming ,computer handling and programming ,etc
