it is great that you have thought of joining banking industry but in most banks criteria for clerical exams is graduation. therefore, you have to successfully complete your graduation.
meanwhile many banks such as state bank of India holds clerical exam in which criteria is high secondary so you can apply for them after their notifications.

NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is All India Medical Entrance Exam which allows 12th students to sit in a single entrance examination to get admission in medical colleges in the country, including private medical colleges.
2)
To pursue radiotherapy at bachelor's level you need to pass 10+2 in Science with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics from recognized board with minimum 50%.
