You need to research about the various Diploma courses available related to your field. These could be in management or technical. Once you have done it, look at their requirements and start preparing accordingly. For management, GMAT is a good option along with IELTS or TOEFL.

Placements are good and yes if you work hard in your internship there are companies that offer PPO's. There is nothing like that some of the old faculties left because of their age and now have become visiting faculty. I am currently studying so you can take my word.I hope I was able to help you.
