Just to correct your question, there are no colleges when you come to CPL, you usually do a CPL course from flying schools.
Flying schools charges are based on fuel prices, fleet, instructors, navigational facilities available, ground classes and the infrastructure available.
There are many flying clubs in India that offer CPL training, the once which you should try firstly are as under:

Hi,
If you take a year's drop, then firstly, you shouldn't waste any time on unproductive tasks. The main focus should be on studies.
Secondly, work upon the concepts and begin with level 2 or 3 questions.
Use standard books and work on improving your rank not on getting passing marks.

As per my knowledge, every graduation course needs 3 years to be completed. Don't go for fake advertisements which says your degree in one year.

The three entrance exams - MAT ( September and December ) has already been conducted.
SNAP exam is today.
CAT has already been condected
Two MAT exams for february and May are to be conducted and CMAT will be in February.
Prepare for the same and don't be late in applying for the same.
There is no deviation given in dates of registration.

The scores are good, it will depend on your overall profile now and your non-academic profile. If Harvard sees you fit as per their admission process you may have a chance. You must not only have good academics but must be an all-rounder and contributor.

It's more than 50% but to get a call from IIM-A you need a very good academics as simple crossing the threshold eligibility criteria is not enough.
