Yes off course, you are eligible for this entrance exam, as you have cleared the +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination.

Having less marks than the required ones can't get you admission in this. But, still if you are interested in doing HM you can go for IHMs by giving the exam of NCHMCT JEE and secure a good rank to get seat in the best one. For details of NCHMCT JEE go to below link :
