No,  the TUM Munich is not free for Indian students. It is only free for students who belong from countries that are part of the EU. Indian students would have to pay a Technical University of Munich tuition fee worth INR 2.1 L-INR 3.2 L for UG courses. The tuition for PG courses is between INR 4.2 L-INR 6.35 L.
