PU CET (UG) 2026 marking scheme will have +2 marks for each correct answer, -0.5 marks for each incorrect answer and 0 marks for unattempted questions. There will be 60 questions in each subject and 120 marks per section. Total PU CET (UG) 2026 exam duration will be 4 hours and 40 minutes across sections. 

The exam difficulty level depends on the preparation of the candidate. On a general note, most of the aspirants in the past who appeared for the exam have rated UP CNET as an exam of 'Medium' level. The question paper is primarily curated from the Class 12th syllabus of the physics, chemistry, and biology sections.  

Candidates must note that there is no negative marking in the NMIMS LAT exam. Candidates get 1 mark for each correct answer.

ABVMU, Lucknow, the conducting body, does not release the UP CNET Syllabus 2026 officially. They recommend that the aspirants prepare the Class 12 syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects. For the nursing aptitude section, candidates are expected to revise the General knowledge syllabus.

No, PTE and IELTS are different exams. These are two different English proficiency exams that Indian students must take to study abroad. The NMIMS LAT admit card will mention the examination hall number, the name of the candidate, the course name applied for, and general guidelines. Candidates must ensure that to have error-free details in the hall ticket. Do not forget to carry an identity proof for verification purposes.

The candidate can select the NMIMS 2026 exam centres at the time of filling out the registration form. 

NMIMS LAT is conducted once a year in online mode. Candidates who score above the cut-off marks can get admission to the 5-year integrated BA LLB and BBA LLB programme.

Once the student is alloted you are not allowed to change the exam centre. So it is advised to choose the PU CET UG exam centre very wisely and take time. First you can discuss it with your parents and then select the city.
