Graduates in all disciplines of Engineering (including Agricultural Engineering) and Architecture or Post-Graduates in other disciplines, with 50% marks in aggregate (covering all the years of study) are eligible for the PGDIM (One year) of the programme.
Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Record (First Screening), Group Discussion (Second Screening) and Personal Interview (Final Screening).
Eligibility norm for SC/ ST candidates from Karnataka is 45% in aggregate marks. If no candidate is eligible in this category, the seats will be transferred to the general category.

Well remuneration completely depends upon your performance and not on the college/institute you pursuing your study. As far as my knowledge is concerned, for CCNA the salaries are in the range of Rs. 2lakhs to Rs. 3 lakhs per year while for CCNP, they are in the range of 3lakhs to 4 lakhs per year.

Eligibility
An undergraduate degree or equivalent (as defined by Association of Indian Universities (aiuweb.org/) in Engineering with a minimum of 60% / 6.5 CPI) aggregated over all semesters or a Graduate degree in any branch of Sciences (e.g. MS, M.Sc. etc.) with a minimum aggragate of 60% / 6.5 CPI).
Candidates appearing for the final degree examination can also apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally. They have to complete all requirements for the qualifying degree at the time of joining the course.
Candidate must have at least 60% marks or 6.5 CPI on a scale of 10, aggregated over all semesters.
Candidate with a M.Sc. as qualifying degree must have at least 60% marks or 6.5 CPI on the scale of 10 in bachelor's degree as well as in M.Sc. degree, aggregated over all semesters.
For candidates with an M.Tech degree the B.Tech./B.E./ M.Sc. degree would be considered as qualifying degree.
SC/ST candidates must have at least 55% marks or equivalent in CPI, when aggregated over all semesters
Admission is on the basis of CAT percentile followed by GD/PI.
