Treasure your dreams for the day when you wil be able to do so without any monetary or other issue. In the meantime study in India and try to enhance your fundamental knolwledge of your subject. Then plan higher studies aborad. If you are at present into higher studies then do it from India and then go for some more qualification abroad. If that is also not feasible then try to join a MNC which might give you quicker opportunity to go abroad for work. Try doing an academic acourse there at that time simultaneous to your job.
