As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.

The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.

As rightly said by Aru, different Universities and colleges will have different eligibility and age criteria to take Assistant Professors, mostly it is below 35. Advisable would be to check with the University or College you are planning to apply.
