As per your profile you may consider pursuing MBA in marketing, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
If you are a working professional in that case you may consider pursuing MBA through distance education, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

First of all check that you have interest in embedded domain or not. If yes then you should have little bit knowledge about embedded System & it's scope. Roughly embedded systems are divided in software & hardware field. In software domain u have to write some code for any embedded product in C, C++, etc language. For this your OS & Programming knowledge is very basic criteria. You should know the very basics of programming , if you are opting Software field in embedded domain. BUT if you opted a hardware field in embedded , then there should be no need for Programming Lang. knowledge.In this Hardware domain you have to play with Analogue & digital circuits design. So your circuit design skill should be good.
