After 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) with minimum 60% you may take up engineering courses.
If not, then you may go for several professional courses such as computer, business administration.

As per your query, pursuing general MBA program would be the best option for you.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
