Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms as procedure and criteria differs from one college to another.

Yes you are right that to pursue medical line, you will have to again give 12th with PCB subjects. You can do that as private candidate appear for CBSE board as PCB candidate. Afterward, you may opt for MBBS, BAMS, B.Sc.-Biotechnology or B.Sc.-microbiology.

Menaka, you appear for 12th CBSE in PCB group as private candidate and clear it and then appear for either B.Sc. -Biotechnology or MBBS. You can also pursue BAMS after 12th PCB. Otherwise, for a BA graduate there is no opening in medical field.

Hi, You may opt for Embedded System, VLSI and Robotics courses. They have their own testing tools and Techniques. Since you have an electronics background, I sincerely wont recommend you to opt for a software testing career.
