If you want to practice you need to apply for a registration first. In order to become a pharmacist in USA, you will have to take the Pharm. D course. The M.Pharma from India is recognized however it is different from Pharm.D. To apply to a Pharm.D course you must complete an application through the Pharmacy College Application Service, known as PharmCAS. Post this, international students must also take the FPGEE (Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination) followed by the NAPLEX (North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination).
Also remember that for pharma jobs and in any health related professions domestic applicants are given more preference so you need to up your ante. Explore the US embassy website and write to them for more information on work permits, etc. For job details you can check out premier job search portals. You should also research some top pharmacy schools in USA, communicate with the university and find out information about how international students are placed. Research is key.

There are some universities that accept students for the MBA without a bachelor degree if they have considerable work experience and significant professional achievement.
Most Australian business schools require a minimum of two to three years of work experience. This is essential.
GMAT is accepted and recommended by many universities. However, many Australian universities are flexible about this criterion and this is not a mandatory requirement for admission to many Australian MBA programmes.
So, unless, you aiming for top schools like Melbourne Business School, you need not worry about the GMAT.
We would however recommend you to take GMAT and improve your chances in good universities.
You need to take either the TOEFL or IELTS for admission to an MBA program in Australia. This is required for almost all universities.

There is no simple answer to this question. I would suggest start preparing as soon as possible and practice as much as you can. That said, CAT score is not the only thing IIMA looks for in a candidate. There are several things for example, your 10th and 12th marks, your UG performance, your work-experience, diversity factor(for example if you are from arts background or law or commerce etc.). You have really good spike on resume for extra-curricular (for example sports or scholarships or other hobby). They also test you for your general knowledge, speaking ability and writing ability. Hence in short, CAT score will get you a shortlist, however to get into IIMA, you will need to have a good and pleasant personality (which I am sure you have).
