Hi Kunal,
If you want to practice you need to apply for a registration first. In order to become a pharmacist in USA, you will have to take the Pharm. D course. The M.Pharma from India is recognized however it is different from Pharm.D. To apply to a Pharm.D course you must complete an application through the Pharmacy College Application Service, known as PharmCAS. Post this, international students must also take the FPGEE (Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination) followed by the NAPLEX (North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination).

In IIM's or FMS, CAT score is given preference and high weightage. So if you get a good percentile in CAT then definitely, you are going to get a call. All you have to take care is to score at least 50+% in graduation to meet the eligibility criteria of these institutes.

There is no simple answer to this question. I would suggest start preparing as soon as possible and practice as much as you can. That said, CAT score is not the only thing IIMA looks for in a candidate. There are several things for example, your 10th and 12th marks, your UG performance, your work-experience, diversity factor(for example if you are from arts background or law or commerce etc.). You have really good spike on resume for extra-curricular (for example sports or scholarships or other hobby). They also test you for your general knowledge, speaking ability and writing ability.
