Dear Javeed,
Can you confirm which country you wanted to specify in your question?
There are few universities like in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah that offer Masters in Civil engineering the rest offer it at a Bachelors level as Civil Engineering/real Estate is a booming industry in Middle east esp Dubai. To name some universities Abu Dhabi University, Sharjah University, American University Sharjah are few of them with different eligibilty criteria and scholarship options.

The most common institute with the course you have mentioned above is IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance) as they have good faculty and placements. It's a good option to research on.

Last year cutoff for general category was 75 percentile. Looking at the trend chances for GDPI call is very less. This year seats are going to increase in DSM, so you should take a try, do fill the admission form. All the best.

Hi Shruti,
Summer internships and executive placements at Chetana's are amazing especially for marketing. All top organisations visit the campus every year. Chetana's does not provide a hostel facility but you do get place to stay nearby very easily. There is one private hostel as well as flats around the institute.
