We do not have a pre-decided cut-off, the university will review your application taking into account all the information you have shared including your work- ex, extra-curriculars etc.
The highest package is Rs 9 lakhs for a sales position in Hero Moto Corp. Average CTC package for the class is between 6- 7 lakhs approximately. The minimum package is 5 lac We have a variety of companies where students have been placed in the following positions- Finance Sales & Marketing Product Management Client servicing Operations and Sales. Some of the companies where students have been placed are Axis Bank, Hero Moto Corp, Hero Future Energy, Yes bank, Hero Fin Corp, Inlogsys Techno, Siemens Ltd., CS Direkt, KPMG, Amadeus, TNS Global, Bookmyhouse, etc. to name few.

MBA Admission Procedure:-
The MBA program of Indira Institute of Management Pune IIMP is affiliated to University of Pune. The admissions to same are done as per rules & regulations framed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai (DTE), time to time .The details of various dates (schedules) are published by them in their information brochure as well as available on their website www.dte.org.in/mba. Interested candidates must regularly visit the DTE website for eligibility, procedure & participation in the Common Admission Process also referred as CAP.
Candidates are advised to, do their registration for the GD/PI online with DTE, submit preferences of Institutes, and get documents verification done at designation ARC centers allotted by DTE.After the GD/PI and the students’ preferences the DTE will be putting up the merit list. Candidate will get admission to a suitable college as per his/ her merit and the preferences filled. Our Institute is a part of CAP process and candidates desirous to get admission at our institute may give us as their preference. However please note that the allotments (Round Wise) are done by DTE.Our Institute code is MB6103.After allotment by DTE the candidates must report to the allotted institute within date & time given for that particular round by DTE. The candidate must fill the requisite application form with one attested copy of academic & other supporting documents along with institute’s fees.
Candidate will have to submit ORIGINAL documents at the time of admission before they can be confirmed through DTE ONLINE ADMIISION REPORTING process, the very same day of admission.These documents will remain in the custody of institute for the verification of same by DTE & University authorities. The verification process takes a few months’ time.Please ensure a print out of RECEIPT of ONLINE admission from DTE site, within reporting hours of the particular Round. This is a proof of confirmation of admission. Your MAT score of 73.8 percentile is just below the general cutoff that we generally follow. Most of the students who have this type of scores still get an opportunity for GD/PI subject to their past academic record. If you have no history of arrears in your UG program, your chance of getting a call for GD/PI increases. If you have 1 or two history of arrears, the call for GD/PI is subject to the review of your UG academic performance. We advise you to apply either by downloading application form from SSN website or apply online through Shiksha.
The specialization of HR is available, however this decision comes after you complete II semester.
Our placements are good, 85% of the students placed every year, Max is 6 LPA, avg is 4 LPA. But please note that placement is proportionate to student ability and performance. In terms of opportunities, you will get 100% of them as SSN has a strong platform. It is the student ability to convert it into a job. We encourage our students with strong knowledge and ability based learning.

All the IIMs have cutoff of 60% in graduation marks, if you are below 60% you might not receive interview call even if you score 100 percentile in CAT. If you have more than 60% you are just on the borderline of the cutoff and you will miss out on points for graduation. Hence to compensate for that you will need to score really well in CAT. You will have to score more than 99.5 to 99.7 percentile to get calls from old IIMs. With this score you can be assured of calls from multiple old IIMs. P.S. Please keep in mind that these numbers are indicative and criteria change every year. Also keep in mind that combined seat of all old IIMs are not more than 2500 and assuming only 2.5 lakh students write CAT, only top 1 percentile get a seat. Hence prepare accordingly.
