There are some MBA colleges which give admission just on basis of qualifying marks. You can target good MBA colleges that give admission just on basis of qualying marks. On September 29, 2021 AICTE has issued guidelines for the management colleges to offer direct MBA Admission without entrance exam score on the basis of graduation marks due to pandemic situation. You can explore about -
- Amity University
- UPES ( Management quota seats)
- IPE Hyderabad ( management quota)

APICET counselling 2021 allotment of seats was released on December 27. Acharya Nagarjuna University offers a full- time MBA and MCA programmes at the PG level. The duration of both MBA and MCA is two years and admission to these programmes is based on Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) scores, followed by APICET counselling.
APICET is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The institute-specific qualifying cutoff is announced after the declaration of APICET results to manage the seat allotment process.

So, ideally, if you want a stable job after your MBA, you should start looking after you have completed one year of your degree. In India, open universities have been debarred from offering any professional course via distance education mode. You will have to think of taking leave of absence from workplace for doing this.
