Hi Manikanta, first of all you must appear for exams like TOEFL/IELTS and GRE. Most of the Universities in Germany require GRE for a Masters course. After your scores are announced target universities according to your scores and then prepare your documents for application. The TOEFL/IELTS are valid for 2 yrs and GRE is valid for 5 yrs so plan accordingly. The education in Germany is almost free or some of the universities charge a nominal fee. You will have to pay for your living expenses which come to Euros 740 per month. The MS in Germany is a 2 yr course.
