Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Singapore, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

Your Interests are bit confusing.You said you don't like programming and you are doing MCA.You like hacking in which you need to go through the program.Networking in which you will have to play with codes.
What i can judge you,you are afraid of the lengthy codes.
What you should do::
Don't remember the program codes.Try to understand that.
try to discover the origin of any particular code segment.
Keep confidence that you can understand concepts behind program.
Don't get scared with the large codes.these are just the repetitive words nothing else.
You will find it interesting.as you are doing MCA so these languages will not leave you. :)

If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. one simple question for u - U must have some sort of computer knowledge i know cos now a days computer has taken place of TV at home. If my Hard Disk gone damage should i replace or repair? If Motherboard got damage will it be repaired or replaced? Now a days all these r coming with 3-5 years of warranty. Processor can not be repaired. What other expensive things remain on computer which can be repaired. I think replacement is the best option now a days. For making parts replaced do u think u must have to do the course of 18 months or so and invest around 55-60 thousand on Hardware & Networking course. After that u will get a National level of certificate. Instead of that if u go for any International Certifications like RHCE+CCNA+MCSE+RHCVA in a shorter amount of time and invest ur more time on the field for getting experience. I have already replied to your earlier query about Technical Director. You must follow your aptitude and inclination, rather then following Maximum Salary. If you are good, every field could provide Exponential progress. Talent has to be exhibited with performance. remuneration will follow. Also note that Software Engineering needs logical aptitude and Creative field of Gaming or Vfx needs Creativity which includes observation(an eye for detail) , thinking, visual communication and technical competence to execute ideas.

If you wish to work in it's core, it doesn't necessarily make all that much sense. Advancing in your technical field might very well be more worthwhile (Masters, PhD), but very often, people who decide to do an MBA have slightly different or mixed goals - they want to move into management, they need to get into people-facing roles, they need to learn negotiation skills, they want the basic skills to be able to run their own startup.
If you decide to do an MBA, you should really do it with more than some vague idea of "Hey, if I do this, I'll get more money." An MBA, like any other degree you might choose to do, still needs to fit your goals.
