Your Interests are bit confusing.You said you don't like programming and you are doing MCA.You like hacking in which you need to go through the program.Networking in which you will have to play with codes.
What i can judge you,you are afraid of the lengthy codes.
What you should do::
Don't remember the program codes.Try to understand that.
try to discover the origin of any particular code segment.
Keep confidence that you can understand concepts behind program.
Don't get scared with the large codes.these are just the repetitive words nothing else.

I have already replied to your earlier query about Technical Director. You must follow your aptitude and inclination, rather then following Maximum Salary. If you are good, every field could provide Exponential progress. Talent has to be exhibited with performance. remuneration will follow.
