There are 3 types of Univs - TU, Uni and FH. TU are IIT / NIT level.
Summer Intake is very less. Winter Intake is good. Winter applications start closing aroung 15 March to 15 May.
Pursue Masters in Mechanical Engineering from GERMANY is the best place to study.
German uni are Research based Uni, they dont provide u spoon feeding habit. German Automobiles and Medicine are world famous and recognized.

The JECA is carried out by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for the admittance of aspirants into the many Private and Public sector Engineering Colleges, Universities and other Institutions within the state of West Bengal.
