If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. After B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, there are two fields. You need to decide that you wish to work and earn in which field :
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
Choose a course which matches your interest and skills. So decide wisely as it will help you to achieve your career goal.

As for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), it is one of the main devices used in industry to implement : monitoring, logic, control, or other events / functions impossible (or complicated) to be done mechanically. With respect to embedded systems, a PLC is in fact an embedded system running a program to provide the various functions PLCs typically provide.
