If you enroll yourself in a 'recognized' program then its good but if it is not then also it is fine. Organizations look at you when you will seek job and will evaluate you by your personality, attitude, communication and perceived skills and will offer or will not offer a job. They do not check whether your course was AICTE approved or not. If Rajiv Gandhi was alive then UGC and AICTE would have been dissolved and a new national regulatory would have been formed to reform Indian education as per the advises of National Knowledge Commission.
