Hi
I appreciate your high aspirations but till now none of the boards has given 100% in overall. While students have achieved 100% in subjects individually. The best strategy to score high is to be thorough with your concepts esp from NCERT first and later you can practice as many mock tests or last few years papers. CBSE used to upload last year's toppers answers sheet earlier to help students like you so check on their website: www.cbse.nic.in.
Every subject require certain specific ways to prepare so listen to your teachers too.
All the best.
