If you have a minimum score of 6 in each section in the IELTS, only then will your IELTS score be considered, else not. Incase you do not have a 6 in each section, retake the IELTS and target a score above 6.5 band score atleast with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
Also, i would like to let you know that there is no university in Canada which accepts 15 years education. If you want to pursue your studies in Canada, you will have to pursue a PG diploma of 1 year duration first, else, apply to a university in UK.

Yes, you can take up SAP along with your MCA but then a lot of time management is required as SAP in it self is a huge curriculum and requires a lot of concentration.
