The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.

You can look for these courses from the various institutes around, however, it is entirely different from the Dental Sciences and holds no similarity. Pursuing Clinical Research would mean an entire career change and I would advise you to rethink over your decision of changing the study streams.
