NUS is one of the very few Government Universities in Singapore and has a world ranking. If you are looking for low cost options then Nepal will be a better choice. But in my personal opinion its better to do it from India than worrying about the recognition of the degree back in India and such stuff.

Hi,
The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
