Umpteen number of colleges for outsiders, you can check BBA admission for foreign students in Techno India, Saltlake Campus Kolkata (many Bangladeshi student prefer this or Acharya Bangalore). You can have linguistic advantage in Kolkata as new comer, kindly do not pay a single penny to any admission agency or do not go through an admission agency, direct choose the Shiksha page, search name of the college then drop your query, there and also try their Facebook page.
For details, drop a mail in college admission department (get mail id from college site) or can put a question in college page of Shiksha or connect the college FB page drop question there, try to avoid college hostel 1st year or get written assurance that it is ragging free.
You should have a valid reason (work anywhere/illness etc.) of the gapping year. Mention it in email, as it is not a very blatant issue in UG.
But now a days, it is better to do B.Com than BBA, as learning productivity, and PG level advantage is more as a B.Com guy.
