It depends on your interest in that field, but if you want to join a course related to computer field then BCA is far better than B.Sc. After completing BCA, job opportunities exist in government as well as private sector. Also, self-employment options are available. After BCA, which is an undergraduate course, graduates may take up government jobs that require a graduation degree (for example- Armed Forces, Nationalized Banks, PSUs etc.).

It depends mainly upon you school and school's students. In case more than 50% of students of your school want science then priority is given to more scorer. Moreover, it also depends upon vacancies for intake of science students in class 11th. In any case I think getting above 85% will land you.
