I would however, recommend you to apply to US as there are much better universities offering MS degrees in the same field. The best universities for master in construction management are listed below:

Hi Preeti, the minimum percentage requirement for this course at Manchester University will be 85% +. This course is 4 yrs in duration and has the option for students to work for a year. The rest of the things stand the same as for Nottingham.
You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
