BSc is considered equivalent to graduation. afterwards you can directly get admission to a masters degree. On the other hand, diploma is not considered graduation and hence you can go for BTech afterwards.

Besides the difference mentioned above, executive mba is meant for candidates having some fixed years of work-ex like IIMA keeps it at 7 years and above. many a times its sponsored by the candidates company in which case you dont need to take up a huge amount of loan.

If you want to apply for a MBA in international business, then i would recommend you to apply to Thunderbird University and University of South Carolina. Both the universities are rank 1 and 2 in US for MBA beating universities like Harvard, STanford, etc in the field of international business. Admission in these universities is not that difficult. I would highly recommend you to target these universities.

You many try applying for jobs online through various job sites like www.seek.co.nz etc. However, the chances of a fresher getting a job in NZ WITHOUT a valid work visa in hand, is not very high.
It may be a good idea to do an IT course in NZ to ease your way into an NZ job.
Information Technology is in the Long Term Skills Shortage List of NZ. Hence, there are plenty of jobs in the software industry in NZ. As per a TVNZ report dated 21 Jan 2011, the jobs listed in the IT and Technical industry had a 46% increase this year (see http://tvnz.co.nz/business-news/hope-improving-job-market-4004296).

With MBA you will have more chances to apply and get the interview call. Then it would depend upon you to convince the interviewers about your abilities to use your added skills. To begin with the salary level might be just in the range of INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month (CTC). I suggest you focus on the type of work and degree of responsibilities in your initial jobs and not on the salary aspect.
