Don't think even in dreams that you can't do this. first you have to plan all it.made a weekly plan in place of a single day plan.
complete NCERT of all subjects and also try HCV, DC pandey for physics. For maths.you have to do something extra. buy any moderate level book for it and also RD sharma. for mains NCERT of chemistry is almost enough but for PC buy BM AVASTHI.
start preparing for boards from December.

All the colleges are AICTE approved. Therefore, they have to maintain basic quality standards. So choose college with good teaching staff, ask for placement record, and also visit laboratories. Most importantly, put in efforts to get yourself educated. If you ask me about Pune based colleges, my college PCP is good (the oldest college) and amongst relatively new colleges Indira College of Pharmacy near Vakad is very good.

It won't be that much of an issue provided you perform well in PGDM. Stay up-to-date with what's being taught in the class, so that you can score well in the first year core subjects. A decent CGPA would convince the recruiters that you have made amends for your UG performance. Good luck. Revert if needed.

You hvnt mentioned the country in which you wish to study so I am sharing a link which details you about the places where CA from India is recognised. To practice in the respective countries you might need the license first and then pursue your higher studies too. UK is a good place to do so.
